What am I SUPPOSED to rate a game that's kinda messed up and a little too high on the difficulty scale?

i guess i could say that instead of rating it on how morally objectionable or "gross" the content is, you could rate it on how much you enjoyed the gameplay, the plot, the atmosphere, the art, the challenge, etc.
but that's too much to ask for a lot of people. just look at the reviews by people who didn't like this too much.

Meh, it was too glitchy. For one, the game would refuse to jump. And it WASN'T my keyboard. Also, my character would sometimes not be on the title screen.
